The Cost Does Not Include:

2. Airfare, Train fare, Insurance Premiums, ect.
3. Entry fee at sightseeing place, where ever it is applicable.
4. Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslide, strikes, political unrest etc.
5. Personal expenses such as laundry, soft drinks, bottled water, incidentals, portage, tips etc.
6. High Season surcharge, if any.
 
The following points are to be noted for Child Rate.


1. Children above 10 years will be charged 100% as per Extra Adult Rate.
2. Children of 5 - 10 Yrs, sharing parent’s room will be charged as per child rates.
3. Children below 5 years Complimentary (please carry the proof of age as hotel/s may ask for it).
 
Few Words of Operation


1. Check in & Check out time of the hotel/s is 1200 hrs.
2. Please note that our representative will hold placard, just outside the only exit gate of Bagdogra Airport.
3. Incase the passengers are arriving at NJP Railways station which has 02 entry & exit gate, please inform them that our representative will be at the old exit gate (which happens to the main gate also).
4. The vehicle used will be exclusive for client but will not be at disposal. It will be as per itinerary on point to point basis.
5. The area is backward but rich in Nature and the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Plains and other developed destination.
6. As the area is backward it is quite obvious that the constructions of the hotels are unplanned. This further means that almost all the good hotels are in the city centers. These hotels may have the view of the building in the front, beside or behind them. As the services are very poor in the area, we have made our hotel selection on the basis of SERVICES provided.
7. Area do not have star category hotels. So we have termed GRADE A for a close to Three Star Hotels, GRADE B for close to Two Star Hotels, GRADE C for close to a One Star Hotels.
8. There is a vehicle parking problem in the whole area. Most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Guests are requested to follow the time strictly as given to them. Incase of delays the vehicle will have to leave the hotel area without the guest & parked in a parking area. In such case the guest will have to be transited in a Maruti Van FOR WHICH THE COST WILL HAVE TO BE BORN BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY.
9. In the area (almost all) the hotels do not have a lift facility & in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. Incase of guest having problem with blood pressure, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, will have to intimate to us during the time of booking so that we can block rooms at the lowest floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climbing the minimum number of stairs possible.
10. In a hilly area scarcity of water is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living. Guests are requested to coop up with any such problem faced during the tour. Certain hotels have fixed time of supplying hot & cold water.
11. Sikkim & Darjeeling is a hilly area & change in weather is a regular happening. It is advisable that light layer clothing should be carried always. In winters it is advisable to carry heavy woolen.

Landslide is a common happening in hilly area. Expenses incurred for diversion, due to this or any other reasons will de collected directly as per actual.

The following points are to be noted about each place.                                                   

1)  GANGTOK



1. Gangtok early morning three point sightseeing will of 03 hrs from 0530 hrs to 0730 hrs covering Tashi View point, Ganesh Tok & Hanuman Tok.
2. Gangtok Half day sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs from 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs covering Rumtek Monastery, Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom, Flower Show & Nam Nam View Point. 
3. Tshangu Lake excursion will be of 5 Hrs from 0900 to 1400 hrs.
4. Supplement for Baba Mandir for 1 to 3 Pax (Maruti Van) will be Rs 400 &  4 to 8 Pax (Hard Top/Jeep) will be Rs 800.
5. Nathula visit is subject to road condition and availability of permits, as only limited permits are issued 48 hour prior to the scheduled tour. It cannot be availed on Monday, Tuesday and Friday & is NOT ADVISABLE to persons having problem of blood pressure, knee & heart.
6. Supplement for Nathula will be (INR 3200 per vehicle) by Hard Top Jeep. Only 08 Pax are allowed per vehicle.
7. Since Nathula is a restricted area and any time army can seal for security reasons. In such case tour will only be till Tshangu Lake and no refund will be allowed for unutilized services.
8. For Tshangu Lake/Baba Mandir/Nathula permit, we need  Name, Date of Birth, Gender 10 days prior to the Journey.
   
 
2)  DARJEELING


1. With Darjeeling itinerary one can have a joy Train ride accommodated (Subject to operational Condition) for INR 300 per person for the Railway Ticket  + INR 600 for the vehicle for Hotel – Railway Station – Hotel transfer) From 1000 to 1200 Hrs or 1250 to 1450 Hrs.
2. Darjeeling early morning sightseeing will be of 03 Hrs from 0400 to 0700 hrs covering Tiger Hills, Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
3. Darjeeling half day sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs from 0900 to 1300 hrs or 1400 to 1800 hrs covering Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Center & Tea Estate.
4. Darjeeling half day sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs from 0900 to 1300 hrs or from 1400 to 1800 hrs covering Natural History Museum, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Lal Kothi, Ava Art Gallery & Dhirdham Temple.
5. Darjeeling Rock Garden sightseeing will be of 04 Hrs from 0900 to 1300 hrs or 1400 to 1800 hrs covering Rock Garden & Ganga Maya Lake.
6. Mirik excursion along with visit to Pashupati Nagar (Indo – Nepal Border) will be a full day activity from 0900 Hrs to 1500 Hrs.
 
3)  LACHUNG


1. Lachung operates on package only. Starts & ends at Gangtok and is on Full Board.
2. In case one uses Single Room Supplement charges, it will not be applicable on Lachung.
3. This areas is cold through out the year, kindly be equipped with proper woolen / warm clothes.
4. ONCE THE PACKAGE IS BOOKED & CONFIRMED NO REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED
5. Please note that North Sikkim is blessed with Natural Beauty. The accommodation provided at Lachung will be at Snow Lion Mountain Resort / Modern Residency, which is best in the area but has very basis facilities like:
1. The Bathrooms are not having any showers & Geysers. Warm water will be provided in buckets, by the Hotelier.
2. The food prepared will be fresh, by the local trained Sherpas’s.
3. There are no telephone lines & many of times there is a problem of power failure.
4. The rooms are not having any Heaters, so the hotelier provide Hot water Pad in the bed.
6. The best season for traveling to North Sikkim is Mid February to Mid June & Mid September to Mid December.
7. Please note that Excursion to Gorudongma, Yumseodung & Katau  is kept OPTIONAL &  is subjected to availability of permit which is available on the spot. These are three different points & is NOT ADVISABLE to guest having problem with blood pressure, knee & heart.
8. Gorudongma is al Lachen area. In the case the permit is available one has to pay directly to the driver at the spot an amount of RS.3500 to 4000 per Jeep which varies from case to case. 
9. Yumseodung & Katau is two diferrent spot located al Lachung area. In the case the permit is available one has to pay directly to the driver at the spot an amount of RS.2000 to 2500 per spot per Jeep which varies from case to case

4)  PEMAYANGTSE


1. Pemayangtse half day s/ seeing will be of 4 Hrs from 0800 to 1300 Hrs, covering Darap village, Rimbi water fall & Khecheopari Lake.
2. Pemayangtse half day s/seeing will be of 4 Hrs from 0800 to 1200 Hrs, covering Pemayangtse Monastery, Changey water fall, Singsore Bridge & Dentan Village including Alpine Cheese Factory.
3. Pemayangtse full day sight seeing will be of 8 Hrs from 0900 to 1700 Hrs, covering Darap Village, Rimbi water fall, Khecheopari Lake, Kanchanjunga Water falls, Yuksom. 
4. Pemayangtse full day sight seeing will be of 8 Hrs 0800 to 1600 Hrs covering Rimbi Waterfalls, Rimbi Hydel Project, Khecheopari Lake & Kanchenjunga Falls. Back to Hotel for Lunch. After lunch you cover Pemayangtse Monastery, Changay Falls, Singsor Bridge & Dentam Village including Alpine Cheese Factory.
5. Pemayangtse walking tour covers the two famous landmarks - Rabdantse & Sangachoeling will be of 04 hrs.

 5) KALIMPONG


1. Kalimpong sight seeing will be of 02 Hrs from 0900 to 1100 HRS or from 1500 to 1700 HRS covering Dello hills, Dr. Graham’s Home and Flower Nurseries.
2. Kalimpong sight seeing will be of 04 Hrs from 0900 to 1300 HRS or from 1400 to 1800 HRS covering Dello hills, Dr. Graham’s Home, Flower Nurseries, Nature Interpretation Center and Durbin Dara Hills & Jang-Dong-Palriffo Brang.
3. Kalimpong Lava excursion will be of 06 Hrs from 0800 to 1500 HRS.
4. Kalimpong Lava & Lole Gaon excursion will be of 07 Hrs from 0800 to 1800 HRS.
 
6) YUKSOM


1. Yuksom sightseeing are all walking tours.
2. Dhubdi Monastery (built in 1700 AD, the oldest monastery of Sikkim) is a walking tour of 45 minutes one way.
3. Tashi Namgyal (the stone throne for the first king) is a walking tour of 05 minutes one way from the hotel.
  RATE FOR RAFTING

Rafting can be included while driving from Darjeeling to Kalimpong & Vice versa, Kalimpong to Gangtok & Vice versa.

 Following are provided while rafting : Helmets, Paddles, Life Jacket, Dry Bags for gears, Rafting Guide for assistance.

RATE FOR CHOPPER SERVICE
 

Bagdogra to Gangtok daily service INR 2000 + 10% Service Charge per person & maximum luggage allowed is 10 kg per person, extra baggage is not allowed.

Incase if the guest reached Bagdogra on the same day to connect chopper for Gangtok, they should take those flights which reaches Bagdogra by 1330 hrs as the chopper will maximum wait till 1400 hrs. In case of delay in flights or no show there will be no refund given.

The guest can also go for Chopper Sightseeing at Gangtok, the details for chopper sightseeing are as follows.
